RV Compass managed Green Eggs and Ham for two years at Gunter Hill, Corps of Engineer (COE) Campground on the outskirts of Montgomery, Alabama for 2018 and 2019.

Over the years, Green Eggs and Ham has been held at COE Campgrounds in Alabama during St Patrick’s Day week in Mid-March. It’s a rally with an exceptional balance of events within a peaceful scene of trees and nature, along the rivers in Alabama. At Green Eggs and Ham, there’s a lot of green to be seen!

In the previous years, the rally weekend established events like a chili mixer, gumbo dinner, potluck, gift exchange, egg parade, crafts, RV maintenance classes, morning coffee, campfires, nightly music. It’s what keeps good friends coming back for more, and friends we haven’t met yet attracted to come participate.

Don’t be under the illusion of a rigid schedule. Green Eggs and Ham is loaded with Free Range Time and socializing. It’s a rally with an exceptional balance of events within a peaceful scene of trees and nature on the backwaters of the Alabama River. At Green Eggs and Ham, there’s a lot of green to be seen!

“Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory.”
