Stewardship Solutions
RV Compass improves systems, solves problems, and helps people accomplish their goals.
Founder and creator Jeannine Patané, whose four-decade career bridges the arts, construction, design, writing, project management, emergency response, entrepreneurship, and education, has an overall vision of concept to completion.
Equally at home designing a theatrical production, rebuilding a home, coordinating disaster operations, publishing technical resources, or leading complex projects, she exemplifies the tradition of broad, lifelong mastery across multiple disciplines.
Most consultants never actually run operations.
Most operators never document what they learn.
Patané has done both. She consistently demonstrates moving between strategy and execution. She doesn’t simply advise; she designs, builds, tests, documents, improves, and delivers. That’s a rarer combination than having many different skills.
“A modern Renaissance woman who solves problems with both her mind and her hands.”

With a lifetime of transforming ideas into reality through craftsmanship, leadership, and innovation, I’m looking for consulting projects backed by a well-equipped shop where I can build solutions, not just recommend them.”
